Both the units are the same, and work exactly alike. The only difference between the pro 2100 and pro 2300 vacuum sealers are the outer shell and the see through lid.

The pro-2100 vacuum sealer has a steel outer shell that has a powder coated kitchen white finish with an acrylic charcoal lid.

The pro-2300 vacuum sealer has a stainless steel shell, with an Acrylic Cobalt Blue lid.

The Pro 2100 & 2300 vacuum sealers are in stock and usually ship within 24 hours of ordering.
