Replacement Parts

What really separates the Pro 2100 & 2300 vacuum sealers from the discount store sealers is our machines can be repaired. Discount store sealers are known as throw away units, that cannot be repaired. We have listed the most common replacement parts below for all others please reference the pro 2100 & 2300 parts diagram below.

Most common spare parts for Pro-2100/2300 vacuum sealers:

Teflon Adhesive Strip - The Teflon Tape (# 21 in the diagram below) protects both the heating bar element & vacuum lid seal bar assembly. both can easily be replaced. The vacuum sealers ship with one spare teflon adhesive strip. Others can be purchased for each. Once the old tape is removed, use Denatured alcohol and a paper towel to remove any old tape residue from the heating element before applying the new tape.

Seal Bar Heating Element - The seal bar heating element (# 22 in the diagram below) is what heats up to seal the bag by melting it closed. It is held in place by two screws (one on each side), located under the teflon adhesive tape. each.


Oval Vacuum Chamber Seal Gasket - The oval vacuum chamber seal gasket (# 24in the diagram below), is what clamps around the out side of the bag and allows a vacuum to be drawn through the special bags. There are two of them one for the upper lid and one for the bottom. If you are having problems with the gaskets please note you can reverse them. Try pulling them out and turning them over or rotating them 180 degrees before you invest in a new set. each.
